I thought there was help available for struggling homeowners. Well, I have applied for assistance about three times. One time we were late 60 days and twice 30 days late last year. The two other times we thought there was going to be a problem. Our bank said we are have been current and didnt see any need for assistance.

We applied for refinance and was denied because youre not allowed to have 2 late payments in 24 months.

What do you do?
