    Hi,

    Anyone doing rate/term jumbo in AZ?  Borrowers own more than 4 properties (7) and my investors are blowing it out just for that. 

    Anyone?? Anyone??

    Are you a lender/realtor?

    Have you tried Washington Federal? There pricey, but one of the few that might do it.

    I'm a lender.  No, I didn't try Washington Federal but I will.  Thanks for the tip.
