    Anyone know a good lender to go to for a doctor's mortgage in California?

    'doctor's mortgage' program no longer exist...you are looking at normal loan programs...

    just like stated-income, just like ACORN loans, just like No PMI over 80% LTV - all of those are gone and not likely to come back for quite some time...
