NJAR is opposing a proposed senate bill which will make energy audit as part of the home inspection. Do you agree or disagree?

As we know An Energy Audit is program to analysis a building, which indicates how and where that building can reduce energy consumption and save energy costs. So i don't think there is anything wrong to make energy audit as a part of Home Inspection..I am completely agree with this bill..

Don't think so at this time, but over the next 10 years there maybe a requirement to build or remodel with engery efficent products.  Even to the extent that so much material has to come from recycling efforts
