TBW phone line is referring everyone to HUD Housing Urban Development at 888.297.8685 however there is dead silence when calling this number.  Anyone have any ideas .

Where should we be directing our clients to send their TBW Payments.

I have a borrower who received a welcome letter from Cenlar and RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corp. Both are saying the are servicing the loan. I see on the web  site that Cenlar will be servicing current Freddie loans. Does anyone know who this RoundPoint is? Are they even legite or is this some sort of fraud scam?

I received an e-mail from a former TBW employee who is attempting to keep us as informed as possible with what few remaining connections are available as far as TBW staff.  This is what he had to say:

Last, I received a copy of Stuart Scott's Email to Plateau Group saying that at this point Round Point is not a servicer of any TBW loans at this time.  Sturart is the COO of TBW so should be in a position to know.  I have talked to several banks just this morning that their clients have received hello letters from both Round Point and Cenlar.  For sure, Cenlar is on TBW's web site as a servicer.  When you go to the phone number posted the loan number is requested.  This is certainly adding to the confusion for the borrowers. 

 Don't know if this helps...but at least it is something.

I was surprised. We are an appraisal firm. We were owed money for several appraisals we did for their management company. We received payment in full.
