A daughter of one of our clients lives in Virginia, and unfortunately we're not licensed in Virginia. She has an option ARM that she is looking to get out of. Thanks Melvin, that was my thought. However, as I stated above, we are not licensed in Virginia and thus we cannot do the mortgage. I've been around this site enough to trust anyone that frequently visits this site is probably someone I can trust w/one of our clients, or our client's daughter.

I am essentially saying that if anyone is licensed in Virginia and would like to look into heliping her out, I'll give you her phone number. Just e-mail me....
