I can do FHA in all 50 states...and I don't make much of squat on the deal ;)  no YSP over here...

on a side note - I have a potential streamline FHA for someone in NC...my lender won't do it, but I think some other lenders would...file is pretty clean except one thing...but it's streamline FHA and I think some lenders would do it - anyone help on that???
