    I'll second what Kent said. I do think the windows of opportunity for sub 5% will be very short lived. Do not hesitate to lock when it comes available.

    I'll agree with Bob and Kent.  Sub 5% might be possible again, but it will be very brief (you can only go so low!), so lock it when you see it!
