I recently started a business providing demographic and socioeconomic data to individuals starting small to medium sized businesses.  My focus is on assisting individuals in making the right decisions by providing ring studies, traffic count data and circulation data, researching competitors and assisting clients in determining zoning and land use issues.  Basically, I am offering the same types of services that the larger data providers like AGS and Claritas provide in a smaller package.  Through the use of GIS analysis, I am able to provide individuals with the information they need in a format easy to understand.

I have also written a small book for those who would like to perform these types of analysis for themselves and it is available from the website below (along with excerpts from the book).
