Need a 30 year fixed loan. 75% LTV and great borrower. Need rate in the high 5% as B of A is pretty good.

I currently have a few lenders that are still lending in the jumbo markets, and can get this case funded for you. The rate would on a 30 year would fall in your wheelhouse (high 5s low 6s).
