Ya i guess i was looking for something that would be holding lenders and brokers from starting loans for people under new guidelines/regulations.  Whether that be part of this plan or updated FHA or Fannie/Freddie etc.

From reading through the Pro. forum sounds like as of yesterday a lot of stuff was just starting to hit the streets.  And more waiting is in the works...

We are seeing a few lenders come out with the program.  What questions did you have on the program?

I have one.  I haven't been able to verify if this applies to loan amounts over $417K.  All I've read refers to "Conforming Loan Limits" but does not address high balance or jumbo conforming.

Assuming the loan is held by Fannie or Freddie but is over the $417K, do you have verification it's eligible?

    Thank you
