new member, realtor, very grateful for the 4 hour window bobby downey mentioned, 3/23. maybe it will be a consistent  new range next week maybe not, my mtg broker has numbers  48 hrs after you all so  last wed translated to friday ...monday rates and i was able to lock in a good rate today!  hope the floor holds i have learned soooo much following the posts and factors to consider!

do you all think inflation will be HUGE responding to the funds to buy toxic assets and the feds buying soo many mbs?
