Nope. I don't do cold calls. All my business at this point is referral.

When I did cold calls I concentrated on specific target markets, first time home buyers, specific neighborhoods relative to the best product I had (get free mailing labels and lists from your Title co.) of course hit up anyone you've pounded a nail with, realtives, business relationships.
