    hi,

In these days for most of us the world of home loan and mortgages is hard to understand. You and I will probably only need a home loan or mortgage once or twice so we might think it’s not worth investing too much time in understanding it, better to leave it to the professionals. That is exactly what the ‘professional’ want you to think. What I am saying is that you shouldn’t put blind trust in anyone when making some of the most important financial decisions you will make. You need to be an informed customer, that calls his own shots and uses the skills of experts to his own advantage, not the other way round. So what do you need to know about home loans and mortgages? You need to know the risk behind them. You need to know what the basic concepts of a loan are, like interest rates, tenure and the main mortgage formats and what they mean to you.Its very important to get the knowledge of all these things, coz such things really mean to us.

As a "Professional" I take offense that you would imply we don't educate our clients and encourage them to be a part of the process. The best client a "Professional" can have is an educated client. Educated clients understand the process, don't get upset about common issues, take part in proactive problem solving and are less liability to my business. It sounds to me that you're using a "sales gimmick" to get clients to use your services by using fear. That's not the smartest thing to do on a consumer education site. Not to mention your post is incoherent.

Yep, I'm offended also.  Guess I must be doing something right,( after 30 years in this great business )  because 99 % of my business is from satisfied happy customers telling their friends to call me.  And, as a consumer contemplating one of life's most important decisions, I'd NEVER deal with someone who says "Coz".

    Just saying.  wise up dude.

I also wouldn't spend my hard earned money on the elixir that the snake oil salesman promises will make it rain and cure my baldness.

Tenure and mortgage formats?????  Do you even have a clue as to what you are talking about?  It probably would be helpful if you received an education from a professional before you try and sell your wares on a site that truly attracts professionals!
