    Short sale- I have a listing that is a multi family property. They are negative 10k a month on this property. They have other properties but this one is hurting. Do you think the bank would consider letting them short sale this. There business is hurting as well. But they own three properties. Thank you.

    Yes, contact the lender or bank to request a short sale package.
