    Can the Second Mortgage Sue Without Foreclosing?
    I have a first and second mortgage. The first has not started the foreclosure process even though I am 4 months behind in payments. The second mortgage has turned my account over to a collection agnecy. I am confused on the process, I thought that it had to go through foreclosure. Can the second mortgage sue me without foreclosing?
