Want to SAVE your home? Do you know how to write a RESCISSION LETTER? BEFORE you walk away, cave to foreclosure, modification or novation, READ this consumer blog

    Greetings, fellow MND readers,

    GO TO: www.livinglies.wordpress.com

I've found some thoughtful discussions on this inspired attorney-run blog related to FORECLOSURE DEFENSE, especially as it applies to the 2000-2008 securitization of mortgages and notes. You'll understand how there was so much capital in search of borrowers (even those who could't afford a mortgage). Borrowers' loan documents could be securitized and sold through investment banks where they provided sometimes 30 to 1 leverage on what otherwise would have been dull, predictable whole notes. This forum will arm you with knowledge that will help you sift out the enlightened foreclosure lawyers in the know from the chaff who haven't a clue.

While you're at it, visit your local LAW LIBRARY and READ the books put out by NCLC, the National Consumer Law Center, especially those on FORECLOSURES and TRUTH IN LENDING. The CDs at the back provide pleadings in Word format that will help you in case you are a pro se defendant/litigant or want to educate your attorney about what truly is possible (and help him/her not commit malpractice due to ignorance).

Don't let the banks get bailed-out by our taxpayer money, and then let these same banks, through lawyer mills, foreclose on homes they made a killing off of through securitization of our mortgages. Fight back!

If any of this has been helpful, let me know. If there are comparable sites out there, also let me know.

    Allan
