    RIght before I left for lunch appointment at Brian Tracy International I locked in my $417,000 REFI.  When I got back pricing was worse by .25%!  That is $1,100 difference, THANKS TO Live Mortgage Daily Subscription.  So that alone will pay for my subscription for whole year. I love MBS Live and the War Room!

    I did the same today, took two reprices for the better, locked both and never looked backed. 4 hours later this move saved me $1400.

     

    Change the name to the "smart" room!
