New GFE and HUD 1

Has anyone seen the new GFE and HUD1 both are 3 pages long, I just saw it and it will make life difficult for those unethical LO's.  I tried to copy and paste and could not.  If you shoot me an e-mail I can send as attachment if you want to see it.

notice that this has a 10% max increase on title company fees.  Without more information we don't know what the penalties will be and we don't know what exceptions there are to this rule.
