    Ok... here is the lesson:

    1. Click on the film strip icon 2. Cut and paste the link into the url box 3. Input the width and height into their respective boxes (for youtube, 425 and 344)

    You may add comments before or after the 3 steps.  Click Post.  Voila... embedded!
