It is your decision after the Realtor provides you with a comparative analysis of recent sales. If you are selling your condo and the property value has decreased then the only way that you can sell is if you get your lender to accept a short sale.
If you are not trying to sell your property, have no problem with making your mortgage payment and are OK with the current value. Why are you talking to a realtor?
