Hey all,

I'm being told no more MI on any Non Owner Occ's. The 5-6 MI companies we use do not have it, however someone just quoted a borrower of mine that there was no problem getting 90% MI coverage on a NOO property. Is there any MI company still insuring these? Any help is appreciated.

I have a list of the MI companies that we use regularily. I went to the site for Genworth and they offer MI on NOO up to 90%. The following link is to their most current guidelines:
