Wayne, don't feel obligated to get banned or cause any problems. That attitude is mostly just an inside joke. There's room for both if you like or need other sites.
Done properly, this site is simply going to make people forget about even logging on anywhere else.

Let me be the first person to get this cached on the web... It is purely my own personal opinion that Broker Outpost has completely strayed from it's original mission and usefulness, making it one of the most worthless internet sites that I have ever seen. I personally do not, and would not, recommend that anyone in the mortgage industry continue to participate on that web site for much longer, because it is not moderated correctly and in my opinion is slanted to protect and force-feed third-party vendor sponsors and advertisers upon it's participants. It also has degraded into a forum where non-paying participants are strictly limited in what they can discuss while arbitrary others roam unrestricted, uncensored, and uncontrolled to shill products, scams, and toss insults. Additionally, the amount of unwanted contacts to my business phone and Spam email has been astounding, with no heed being paid to my continued requests for them to stop contacting me. This is my personal opinion and does not reflect the views of any other person or the owners of any web site where this may be posted.
