US Senate to Vote on Bailout Plan

The U.S. Senate will vote on the bailout package on Wednesday. Ray Attrill, global head of research at Forecast Australia, says the modified form of the package must allow the banks to offload their bad assets close to the current marks that they have on their books for the plan to have meaningful impact.
