I have always thought that a little inflation was a good thing for the economy. 3.1% over 5 years is not bad after a deflationary period like we are in now.

Frank. We dont expect prepay speeds to pick up enough to warrant an exit from UIC positions. It is too easy to find seasoned pools in this market (FED?). These seasoned pools serve as prepay protection...
