But I wonder if anyone would bother looking at headlines or RealtyTrac press releases that didn't use words like "skyrocketing" What do those "75%" and "149% higher" really mean as compared historically to the rate of foreclosure notices over the years. Is this worse than 1990 and 1991, as a percentage of all mortgages? Are lenders actually being more agressive than 2004 in sending out foreclosure notices? And how many of those notices actually turn into real foreclosures? "Skyrocketing" once meant sending a rocket into the air that burst and illuminated everything within a certain range. I see no such "illumination" here.

RE:RealtyTrac Report Confirms Foreclosures Skyrocketing

Corporate greed is just now starting to emerge.
We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.
The Banking industry will crumble until the government bails it out like the auto and airline industry.
We will be left with a struggling economy for the next several years look at the Dow Jones time line the last 105 years.
Our time line is about 1972 standards with more hard times in the future.
Restructuring of our credit system is in order along with cap limits not only on the Banking industry but the Insurance industry is next with profits soaring for these companies.
We need leadership to start with "we the people".
