I have never seen anything like this bubble before. I predict with certianty that price will fall by 45%. They went up for no good reason and that's why they'll fall. So I you think you made a killing on the purchase of your house the last couple years or were smart by just holding on, think again. In Reno, NV we have almost 6k houses for sale and only 350 or so sold in July. At that rate we have almost a year and a half of inventory and the adjustables have not swung into adjusting at full force at all. If this scenerio will produce STABILITY in 2007 I have some snake oil I want to sell all of you. Oh, but of course, the house bubble is just a local phenomenon. Don't bet the farm on that faulty observation.
