I wrote my senators and asked that they support the bill, or at least modify it to remove the 75k / 150k income cap that hurts sooo many firt time home buyers living in expensive areas of the country.

In regards to mortgage rates and the yield curve, in the short term I am feeling more positive about some flattening, but its hard to forget the high yields traders demanded at last week&amp;#39;s 10 yr note auction.....which is why we remain defensive.   What a great demonstration of supply/demand fundamentals at work in the bond market.
