WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will present his semi-annual report on monetary policy to the Senate Banking Committee on Feb. 26, according to a committee aide. Bernanke will testify the following day to the House Financial Services panel, a committee aide said.
