Rhode Island Adopts New SAFE MLO Test

The Rhode Island Division of Banking is adopting the National SAFE MLO Test with a uniform state component effective April 1, 2013. It is the 25th state agency that will no longer require a second state-specific test component to be taken by mortgage loan originators (MLOs) seeking licensure with their state agency.
