Brian Montgomery  - Voice of Housing
As FHA Commissioner, Brian Montgomery was responsible for the oversight and modernization of the insurance fund’s $600 billion portfolio. He was responsible for HUD's regulatory responsibilities to the housing mission of the GSEs and the manufactured housing industry. Montgomery came to HUD from the Executive Office of the President. At the White House, he contributed to the policy process on a wide range of issues including increase access to affordable housing.

His career began in 1985 in Bear Stearns’ Allocations department, and he has since worked as a trader, salesman, and researcher. His last corporate position was as the head of trade strategies for Countrywide Capital Markets’ highly-regarded Research department. He is the co-author, with Frank Fabozzi and Anand Bhattacharya, of "Mortgage-Backed Securities: Products, Structuring, and Analytical Techniques," which was named one of the top ten finance books of 2007 by RiskBooks.

Tim Rood  - Voice of Housing
Tim brings nearly 20 years of mortgage industry and entrepreneurial experience to the Collingwood Group. Most recently, Tim was Vice President at First American, where he successfully lead the company’s professional services group tasked with creating business solutions for the top ten lenders in the country. Prior to that, Tim served in the senior leadership roles of Senior Director and Principal of Fannie Mae’s eBusiness Division.

Rob Chrisman  - Pipeline Press
Rob Chrisman began his career in mortgage banking 24 years ago in 1985 with First California Mortgage, assisting in Secondary Marketing until 1988, when he joined Tuttle & Co., a leading mortgage pipeline risk management firm. He was an account manager and partner at Tuttle & Co. until 1996, when he moved to Scotland with his family for 9 months.
